Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for products and services purchased from DVR Enterprises (including billing machines, POS devices and related solutions). By placing an order on our website or through our sales channels, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched, subject to the conditions below:
- Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us via phone, email, or our website contact form.
- If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
- For orders where products are specially procured, customized, or configured on request, cancellation may not be possible even before dispatch.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for return or replacement, subject to the terms mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy.
In such cases, any shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and handling fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following types of orders are generally non-cancellable:
- Customized or specially configured billing machines and POS systems.
- Orders for software licenses, activation keys, or digital products.
- Bulk or special corporate / institutional orders confirmed via proforma invoice.
- Orders placed during special promotions, clearance, or “no cancellation” offers.
4. Cancellation of Services & AMC
For services such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), support packages, or installation services:
- Cancellations are allowed only if the service has not yet been started or scheduled.
- If part of the service has already been delivered (visit made, installation done, support provided), only the unused portion may be considered for partial refund at our discretion.
- Any one-time setup, installation, or configuration charges already incurred are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Charges
In some cases, a cancellation fee may be applicable to cover processing and payment gateway charges. This will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- For prepaid orders, gateway/transaction fees charged by banks or payment partners may be deducted.
- For special order items, a restocking or procurement fee may be applicable.
6. Cancellation by DVR Enterprises
DVR Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order under the following (but not limited to) situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product information error due to technical or typographical issues.
- Order flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk by our systems or payment partners.
- Customer does not respond to verification calls or emails, or provides incomplete details.
In such cases, if payment has already been received, we will process a refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment (or another agreed mode) within a reasonable time-frame. The exact time taken will depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order details as soon as possible:
- Order ID / Invoice Number
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number & Email Address
- Reason for Cancellation
9. Changes to This Policy
DVR Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date.
