At DVR Enterprises, we ensure fast, safe and reliable shipping for all billing machines, POS devices, printers, scanners and related hardware. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, packaging, returns for damaged products, customer responsibilities, and courier procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Custom POS configurations may take an additional 1–3 days depending on requirements.

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier partners such as:

  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • Professional Couriers
  • India Post (for remote areas)

Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges range from β‚Ή99 to β‚Ή299 depending on weight & location.
  • Heavy POS devices may have additional logistics fees.
  • Free shipping is offered during special promotions.

5. Packaging & Product Safety

All hardware is packed using:

  • Shock-proof material & bubble wrap
  • Moisture-resistant packaging
  • Sealed boxes with barcodes

Before dispatch, products undergo:

  • Power-on testing
  • Serial number verification
  • Basic functionality inspection

6. Order Tracking

You will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.

7. Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually make 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may:

  • Return to DVR Enterprises
  • Require re-delivery charges
  • Be cancelled (refund not applicable for hardware dispatches)

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 24–48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order ID & invoice

Eligible cases will receive:

  • Free replacement
  • Return pickup support (if available)

9. Missing Items in Package

If any accessory or cable is missing, report within 48 hours. Missing parts will be shipped free of cost.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery address
  • Ensure availability to receive delivery
  • Record unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
  • Inspect the product immediately upon delivery

11. International Shipping

DVR Enterprises currently does not offer international shipping for POS devices or hardware.
